Smoked bacon from pastured pigs. Regular cut. Cured with sodium nitrite.
1 lb.
Frozen. Keep frozen or refrigerated.
What can we say about bacon that you don’t already know and love? Start a pot of coffee, fry a package of this glorious stuff, and you automatically have a fantastic morning. Now enjoy pastured bacon from healthy, happy pigs, without corn syrup or random unpronounceable ingredients. It’s good stuff, y’all. (But you already know that.)
This bacon is cured with sodium nitrite for the classic look and taste of the best bacon money can buy. We feel comfortable serving it in our own household, but if you want to avoid nitrites, shop our Nitrite-free Pastured Bacon, cured only with salt and sugar. It’s also freaking delicious.
Cook in a skillet on medium heat, turning once or twice, until done to your liking. Pull it off sooner for chewy bacon, leave it in a minute or two more if you want it crisp. Or bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Gently shake off excess fat before serving.

Pigs in the pasture are some of the happiest animals in the world. They get to spend every day living their piggy dreams: rooting, munching, and napping. We supplement their wild diet of roots, nuts, and plants with a corn-free, soy-free feed mix based on peanut meal. When it’s time to harvest them, we send them to a local, state-inspected butcher for processing. For more information about our farm’s practices, check out Our Standards.
