Raw. Frozen. Keep frozen or refrigerated.

Packed in a box with recyclable insulation and plenty of cold packs and shipped to your door. You will receive your meat very cold; if the carrier experiences a delay, any products that arrive lukewarm will be refunded.

How we raise our animals

From cows to ducks, all our animals spend their growing time on pasture, where they are often moved to clean ground and fresh forage.
